Officers Meeting at the VFW (off Rt 155) from 6:30 - 8:30

The league needs more officers. If you have a child in the league this is your chance to have a vote and influence the league
We will be discussing "hot topics" such as manager selection, scheduling, all-star manager selection and player selection for All-Stars
Joining when your child is young, puts you in the running for a majors manager slot down the road
The most under-represented kids are t-ballers, and internationals. If you have a child in these, please join us.

The Auxilliary will meet at the Colonie Community Center at 7:00 PM

The Auxilliary is the major funding source for the entire league
They plan the post season banquets and socials
They make the rules for the concession stand
They are usually staffed by less than 10% of the Mom's and do a disproportionate amount of the work
They make decisions that matter like
- Will the small concession stand at the Pee Wee end of the park be open
- What time does the concession stand open
- What time does it close
- Who can concession duty for you
- What healthy food choices will be offered
- What will the prices be
This is a great chance for parents to improve our league

Registration will take place between 6:30 and 8pm

This is a chance to meet the Player Agent and President of Colonie LL to ask questions
This is the time to volunteer to manage, coach or be a team Mom
If you want your child on a team with other kids or a coach asking early helps
You get your raffle tickets early and have more time to sell them
If you have a financial problem holding you back, come to register and get it taken care of.
Registering early or at least on time helps us fill teams and make schedules
Every year several people procrastinate themselves past deadlines and can't play, don't do this to your child
